Yea, I realized - and it worked well but ty

Well my system is up and running, however there's 1 thing that's very enoying.

My CPU fan is spinning at 2450rpm (which is max - using Zalman 9700), and even though I've set the bios to "Silent" for the CPU it keeps spinning on max value.
I did some search on the inet, but didn't find anything in particular - only people having other kind of problems. I installed the AiSuite as well, and the "calibration" doesn't seem to work - because it a constant number for all %-values.

Is this a known problem? or something that's easy to fix?
The pin on the CPU fan is 3-pin, and not 4 btw.
