Instable system with the newest F8e. Windows loads fine, but after some seconds I get BSOD ( 1600 RAM and 3.2 CPU)

So what do you guys think ?

Al voltages at default settings, except Vcore (1.3750) and the RAM voltage ( 1.64).

Your Uncore multi has to be atleast double your memory multi. Vcore seems high unless you have a C0 as most only need 1.25v max vcore for 4Ghz.
