Let me also clarify about the optical drives. The Buffalo DVSM-XL516FB is the actual drive that with different brand labels was sold as the Pioneer DVR-111, DVR-111D, DVR-111L, DVR-A11XL, and the Asus 1608P3S. I picked it because it supports LabelFlash, and the LG GGW-H20L drive I picked can support LightScribe, which keeps me covered on BOTH drive-based labeling mechanisms. The H20L reads HD-DVD and can both read and write Blu-Ray, so that would maximize my compatibility range. The Yamaha CRW-F1 CDRW drive supports Mt. Rainier optical storage which is a feature I make heavy use of already. I have a lot of zip disks too, hence the inclusion of an internal Zip Drive. (Probably external 750 plus internal 250)
