Why would I do that?

That's exactly what this is all about: getting the stuff to people who have the time to push them as hard as possible. I'm really sorry for all those people who want a 4GHz stable Phenom II, but lets face it: getting a chip at 4GHz stable on air cooling is as pointless as making it run at 7GHz: it doesn't make a difference in daily computing nor does it guarantee that other people can run at that frequency as well.

Should we complain about the climate as well? People in Siberia DO have an unfair advantage, don't they.

Please, point me towards the dedicated overclocker who has spend thousands of dollars on Ph-II 955 chips to find the real gem. Whereas overclockers around the globe are spending rediculous amounts of money on i7 chips, almost no one buys more than 5 955's to test on LN2.

Hwbot counts 18523 registered users. Excluding large parts of Asia. You're also forgetting 2/3 of the F1 concept.
