New Memory Tweaker for Intel Chipsets

A new beta version: CPU-Tweaker beta8

I added a new window wich allow to change multiplier on Core i7 CPU (this function is available
on all motherboard).
Also it's allow to change Turbo mode, EIST and C1E (not sure it's work for C1E).
First check that EIST is enabled before change multi.

On AMD K10 it's possible to change VID and uncore multi too.

is it possible to also have capability to chance bus speed and also to have capability to save OC profiles that can be loaded with key shortcuts?
