Then check backwards even more in the calculation.
If the average is created from total frames divided by time, if the time is changed, the results may differ. You'd be surprised how programming doesn't always create direct input values. The value shown in one place may be pulled at a different spot from another value.
My bad on the brute X1000. I feel however, simple photoshop is really rather shabby. A photoshop expert should be able to spot some irregularities.
