retail/available hw rule is SERIOUSLY flawed, because it is easy to make any ES look like retail and like manuf cant cherry pick a retail sample anyway?
YOu need to get cpu manuf to seed EVERYONE in the comp the best of the best and we all go for it 
, THATS what its really about.
Each team gets limited amount of ES cpus with special ES CPUZ coding or something that must be shown in all screenshots, and if you burn them all up your done. F1 teams have a limited amount of engines they can use.
