New Formula One Overclocking Competition Announced

This has always been my point, just like F1 the guy with the best engine will always win just like overclocking MHZ is king.

I tend to disagree ... Seems to me that the guy with the greatest skill has pretty good chances too. Do you really think that a driver who's not trained properly but yet has the fastest car, could reach for the trophy ? He just couldn't ... not even close.

Furthermore, I strongly believe that no caps regarding cpu/gpu frequency should be introduced. Using only retail hardware that have hit the stores already sounds nice to me, because F1 Overclocking Competition fans would be aware of what is being overclocked.

I have another concern ... Is there any perspective in creating even larger teams ? I do get that 2 membered teams is the way to go for now, but will that be discussed in the future ? There is huge potential on such League, I don't even want to talk about what's going to change if everything's goes as planned by you guys (The Overclocker). But really, if only two membered teams are going to compete (I'm not referring to Season 1 here, just thinking about the future of such a sport), then lots of guys will lose interest.
