Very nice shot you have there, I'm trying to save money to buy a DSLR till then i'm very limited with my crap camera. I appreciate the help i still have so much to learn
I blame my cameraF2.8 normally is fine to get a small depth of field. Problem is, as you showed a too big picture I find it difficult to make out what is within the sharp area and therefore is the motive. Plus for my taste the depth of field was too big, even at F2.8 (or did I just missed it?).
