You're making great progress on the design.
Btw can you mount two of the hdd cages side by side? facing the fan? That would take care of just about everyones storage needs.

Here's the first render of my case design with the latest changes. It shows the motherboard in the typical orientation, with the, optional, full optical drive rack at the top, and the extra HDD rack at the bottom. You may notice that I have added a Cooler master MegaFlow 200mm fan at the front and a few more details. I Haven't got much time at the moment, but I will try and add a some more renders as soon as I can. Still looking for someone to build it though!

Plenty of people would love to see this case make it into commercial production. I don't know if it has been suggested already, but you should try and get someone like Mountain Mods to make this case!

The hard drive rack is now placed in the right position in the middle compartment and this is a great plus. Another improvement on this case is the use of Silverstone TJ-07 style hard drive cages and adaptable radiator mounts in the lower compartment.

Hi! Back again with some more renders. I have added some more detail in these, and I've shown the case with several possible layouts. Unfortunately interest in my design seems to have diminished, and I'm no closer to getting it produced, but you never know, someone may have been influenced by my design and something resembling it may still get produced...

I should really make an effort to get some estimates, just to give you guys some idea. It's just that I have no funds at the moment, so I'm in no position to get it made myself. I will also have to produce some detailed dimensional drawings to get an accurate price. Sorry! just lacking some incentive at the moment.....

I don't think people lost interest in your case mick, it stays awesome and very interesting.
It's probably just because it's far from being produced that people stopped replying every day :P

I'm quite certain that this would be a killer case if it would ever get fabricated. It's a watercoolers wet dream...

It will be expensive, mainly because I really think it has to be aluminum,
especially because such a case is aimed at enthusiast and the Xtreme,
so people may want to mod it even further.

I do wish you all the luck. It is a terrific case, and I admire your perseverance
    and ability with CAD.

Everything I look at this I drool, your latest render with the window side panel leaning on the case.....that's an amazing "picture" there. Maybe manufactures will take you on once the TJ07 dies? I really hope someone can manu this.
