ben i didnt expect it to be what i thought of the waterfall

if the waterfall was set back a little bit more in the res it would let the water have a chance to curve

    Good News!

The video demonstrating the EK-BAY SPIN Reservoir Flow Rate Effects is now online!
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kaz5k1IF82s

Please keep in mind that pump is connected directly to the reservoir and in most cooling loops there will be lower flow rates.

One concern I have with the liquid being directed at the front of the reservoir is that people may notice erosion over time when using liquids with small particles (such as Primochill or Feser).

That would be a relatively simple mod

For some reason I seem to collect fans……It’s not intentional, they just build up lol.

I will be using the Noise Blocker fan as the rear exhaust fan

    DVD drive and Testing Bench

Since I have nowhere to paint I decided to try a vinyl adhesive….. Seeing how it was my first time working with vinyl adhesive I’m quite pleased with the results.

OMG I WAS DEAD?? To be honest, im not a fan of the hotswappable HDD setup at this time. The cooling is very good. Unfortunately there aren’t many choices if you want to replace the 180mm fans.

Last Thursday/Friday night (I don’t sleep Tuesday or Thursdays) I had something of a revelation. I realized how often I change hardware not to mention cases. To simplify this process in the future I’ve decided to build a radiator enclosure. Depending on the size and complexity of the enclosure I might start yet another build log.

Unfortunately I have already shipped my computer but the good news is I have more parts coming!!

Yes it's a great thing to do, especially if you upgrade/move cases yearly.

I really like mcoffey's rad enclosure.

    me wants

Those dominators and the classified alone are almost as much as I spent on my entire build last time (in Aus $ that would be around $1800-$2000 - bloody exchange rate )
