Anyone? I can't seem to get 500 x 8.5 no matter what I do. Prime 95 Small FFT is fine but Blend most of the time will just cause a bsod (says uncorrectable hardware something), and rarely will error. Seems like your VTT is low and MCH/DRAM ref is a little bit off.

I would stick with the ref's you used for a lower stable oc and raise your VTT a notch or 2 to see if it helps. I'm not sure about C2D's, but on the C2Q, I only needed 1.3.

As for the MCH/DRAM ref, you may want to try 1.08, jo3r mentioned that it should be 1 notch above 1/2 of vdram.
