I use the USB method explained here and here.
It's all prescripted to run. If you want to know what command switches they use I suppose you could look at the batch file in the download. I'm at work so sorry can't check my bios boot usb stick myself.
Thinking back to when I used to use floppies I recall just running awdflash.exe and then entering the file name but it's been a while. My floppy drives have been collecting dust in my closet for a very long time now.
I have the TE3H6 myself not the TE3H8 but I am using the latest official which is 2-17 I think..again not at home atm but whatever the last official one was, the newest beta only mentioned CPU micro-codes so I didn't bother flashing to it.
