    I'm on the 333 strap, running 1:1.

To those having problems with graphics performance, I don't seem to have a problem here:

This is in Windows Vista x64 SP2 Beta (Regular OS, Need a reinstall coming from a rampage formula). Clocks were 802/900, both.

That's interesting I can drop to PL9 on 400 strap and not on 333 strap. Thanks for tip.

sorry guys, picking up this board tomorrow, for overclocking would you recommend bios overclocking? or using the program gigabyte gives you?

hmm alright, is the program they give u a p.o.s? or does it work but the bios is just alot more effective and thorough?

ooo and one more question, the sata cables that they give you... are they 90 degree? so that you can run the cable directly down the motherboard?

ET6 doesnt have all the options that are in the bios but it is nice to have especially when you want to make a quick adjustment. I use it regularly with no problems. It should come with atleast 2 90* sata cables.

i spend a bit of time on each bios version for fsb and ram overclocking and then i can choose which one i like to use most, but so far they are all the same as far as i can see.

anyway what you think about this below everest's, is this good or bad for P45 DDR3-based board?
the scores still suck, don't you think?

    Question 9800gx2 - No Go

    Hello again everyone.

I really need serious help here ..

It is still the graphics card problem, and that it is only running under half the speed of that, on the X48..

It is a 9800GX2 card and it is running with two GPUer (as SLI) multi gpu..

In GPU-Z it shows to cards and that SLI is enable, it shows PCIe 2.0 x 16 on both cards, so everything is ok here.

But when I check the hardware in SiSoftware Sandra, there is one card in SLI and one beside that. when I benchmarks in Sandra, for comparison with a similar card, it can only run less than half the speed?? ..

It is as if there is something there are blocking over a certain speed, even if I OC the graphics card, is dont do the slightest difference.

It can run at a certain speed and then it will just not anymore.

I've never had problems on X48.....

Could it be PCIe port there is something with, it must be a hardwre problem, I tried to reinstall the OS and drivers several times ...

In the bios default setting is PCI not PEG. Is yours set to PEG?
