So true. Well the thing that I found out to be the most irritating is when you want to remove the pins from the motherboard / PCI-e connector. It can be really tricky to get the tool to push in those small "flaps". I used ac ryans tool which really was anything but perfect.. when pushing it into connector you could easily see that it was to thick so it started to force the plastic on the connector. Sometimes you could even see the black plastic turning a bit greyish (sign of plastic expanding). I would like to see a new revision of that tool with a bit thinner "pins".
