my cpu will pass linx 191x21 but fail p95 blend i've tried with vcore up to 1.375 but temps get way to high to try more vcore

what cooler do you use?

what does the ICH and IOH voltage directly affect?

ich is the north bridge voltage and ioh is the south bridge voltage.....until 210 of bclk I set on thefault those setting 1.1v then i had only to increase ich volte at 1.2 to find stability
