Well it's nice to hear i'm not the only one!

With the lighting i'm using fluorescent lights because the case was to big to make a light box for (so instead i just use the fluorescent white lights aimed at the background and a small amount in the image)

Love the pics and the project is lookking good... Do you mind if I ask what camera and lense you are using also?
