Charles. You are very talented and I believe there is no one to oppose that. I really like the extra time you put in every detail and your work has inspired me a lot in my build. Check it out if you want:

It really strikes me that you are using very similar methods as I when building, measuring and cutting. Also I can see all those things that are so unique for aluminum. When you first post a project like this many people might think that installing 3 pleds like this is a jiffy, just cut three holes and mount the displays, right? Not really, measuring and getting everything lined up perfectly might take hours. Although you've got acces to a water jet things might not be as easy as it looks. What really impresses me is the accuracy of everything. All the mounting holes and the depth of the counter-sink. For me, drilling a hole is a three-step procedure. Take a 4mm hole as an example. First I take a very sharp "cone-drill" and make the first alignment of the hole, Then I drill the hole with a small drill, like 2-2.5mm, then finally I take the 4mm drill and enlarge the hole. This is to avoid the drill-"sliding" as much as possible.

What surpriced me though is that you didn't mask the surface when using your jigsaw. You managed to get those typical scratches created by it. Although they aren't deep, I personally can't stand the look of them whilst working on the panel, so now I always mask the panel of before doing such work (leaving the marking on the panel unmasked though, I see you found out that you get a lot better precision by marking directly on the panel rather than marking on masking tape).

Take care man, love your work!
