well it takes years of work to learn and understand the work flow of 3DSMAX, some pick i up faster then others. personally ive been using 3dsmax since version 5.

definitely there's no reason you should have to switch over, you seem to be getting rather proficient with what your using. I personally have never used it but id like to see different lighting from you
