    Hello

I want to show You three suction lines - the latest I've made :

Two suction lines in black sleeve have 100 cm of DN10 flex hose, CPU enclosure which fits all CPUs included last

nehalem cores, 18 mm thick insulation, K probe on each one , captube 0.9mm .

Red suction line is an old suction line which I remake - it's from triple-evap unit which I must diseamble (becasue

I couldn't sell it ;-/) . It was sth like 110 cm long flex hose but I braze suction flex hose again on both sides

so now suction flex hose have 104 cm , insulation is new 18mm with red sleeve (was 13mm with black sleeve), captube

is also new 0.9mm, I've mount also new Kprobe on evaporator .

    And the red one :

Old CPU suction line together with GPU line...

I must scrap whole insulation from old suction line , and some cooper I also decide to throw away ...

New captube I use 350cm of 0.9mm but more than 100 cm is not wrapped around suction flex, so owner can cut it

easily if he'll decide that's too long .

    Regards
    Peter

    How much it "not killer"?

Yeah, I was going to get an estimate from him but then I realized he lived in poland, it would be a pain getting a full unit shipped.

    sorry for OT peter

fiveprime- shipping would be a lot but you would need a variable frequency drive (VFD) to get it to run, its 220v/50hz compared to our 120v/60hz

    edit:

and a VFD is very expensive

Yes, but you would need a custom transformer, a VFD as Teyber said, you would need to rewire your house for probably 30A circuit, and have the unit custom-wired for this setup.

    3 new :

    1)
Lenght of flex hose : 128 cm
Flex hose type : braided stainless DN10 (10 mm Inside diameter)
Evaporator : steeper type CPU, 42mm diameter, 41mm tall
Insulation : 18 mm thick + suction line sleeve blue

    -------------
    2)
Lenght of flex hose : 100 cm
Flex hose type : braided stainless DN10 (10 mm Inside diameter)
Evaporator : steeper type CPU, 42mm diameter, 41mm tall
Insulation : 18 mm thick + suction line sleeve black

    -------------
    3)
Lenght of flex hose : 75 cm
Flex hose type : braided stainless DN10 (10 mm Inside diameter)
Evaporator : steeper type CPU, 42mm diameter, 41mm tall
Insulation : 18 mm thick + suction line sleeve black with small white stripe

To this suction line I've also add some 15/9 and 35/9 armaflex insulations to insulate rest of unit - suction line will be working with NL11F compressor .
