Well I tried it numerous times... still don't see any hard drives...

Everything is OK.
Your HDDs are on the Intel ICH10R storage controller.
The first screenshot is from the "ICH10R Firmware".
The second screenshot is the "firmware" of the Marvell SAS Controller on the board.

When you set the Intel ICH10R to RAID Mode the drives are only displayed in the Intel Matrix Storage Manager "firmware" screen during POST.
That's why you cannot see them in the BIOS Menu.
LOL.

I am kinda lost I don't know why the bios doesn't see them
