2,1v is default, 1140 555 15 @ 2,1v and 1066-1080 555 15 @ 1,90v.

it seems okay to me for booting 435fsb strap 333mhz memory multi 2.4B,
this's my BIOS set (for this testing purposes only).

could you also try something similar to this voltage setting in your BIOS and see if you can boot your system this time?
