The oversized pci holder will destory the point in it being a single slot block. If you do change the pci holder to a single slot holder, then i can see the need for a single slot block.

But now a days motherboard companies arent being too stupid and putting pci-e's next to each other.

It does need to be a true single-slot block for my application, which is why I was asking, but thanks for trying to help . Changing the pci bracket to single-slot is a pretty basic operation.

tri-SLI + sound card = need for true single-slot card.
