I'm 95% percent sure, that the BIOS cannot detect/display the drives that are connected on the Marvell SAS controller.
There's a Marvell SAS Controller "initialization" & information screen during the POST sequence, the disk should be displayed on that screen.

so if i want matrix raid on SAS connector with Sata drive it won't work since the bio can't detect it
