Does that look OK? The CPU voltage seems a bit high...
same mobo and a q9450 here...mine runs on very low voltage so no lower voltages aren't strange......I wouldn't recommend jumping to 3.6 right from 2.6....remember right now your fsb is at 333, instantly jumping it to 463 wouldn't be so smart, and I almost new to overclocking and I know this

    COMMON PERFORMANCE LEVEL: 05
PULL-INS: DISABLED (ALL OF THEM)---------what does this do?

    CPU Voltage: 1.33125
CPU GTL Voltage Reference (0/2): 0.635----how do you find the right setting or are they all the same?
CPU GTL Voltage Reference (1/3): 0.635----how do you find the right setting or are they all the same?
    CPU PLL Voltage: 1.56
    FSB Termination Voltage: 1.34
    DRAM Voltage: 2.06
    NB Voltage: 1.34
    NB GTL Reference: AUTO
    SBridge Voltage: 1.20
PCIE SATA Voltage: 1.60------------thought this wasn't important

    Load Line Calibration: ENABLED
    CPU Spread Spectrum: DISABLED
    PCIE Spread Spectrum: DISABLED

    what about clock skews?
