So say i need to run 2.4 vdimm, i'd set my DRAM Termination, MCH/DRAM Reference and Channel A & B references to 1.2?

If you boot to windows at 2.4 vdimm and 1.24 refenences and check the settings with the ET6, they will all be .9V, just as if the reference volts were set to "auto." Tweaking is done by adjusting the reference volts lower than the default 50% vdimm levels.
