Bios is F4c. The board can run BClk up to 196-197 at 1.36v. But then to go higher requires voltage increases in leaps and bounds.
Intel has published, and it is in the 100+ page booklet that comes in the i7 retail box, that the i7 can safely go to 1.55v.
I've also ran an Asus' P6T and a R2E.
Do you get the double boot problem on that bios?
Sorry I asked a bunch of questions that were already posted and what I meant to say about the Vcore is it's too high for Air but surely not for water...
