IIRC I had a gigabyte that was a real solid performer, can't remember model, was a 939 variant. Only gripe i had was it was not a good clocker, The AN8 boards and i had all of them, were all finicky, The DFI i had was DOA, I tried the asus also, wasn't impressed after using a grouper. Only reason I stopped using the manta was because ATI sort of left me hanging with masterless crossfire and games had to be toned down with my single card.......wasn't my contacts fault though he is part of the chipset division. Graphics division decided not to release masterless crossfire via drivers ( although they had a working version ) for whatever reason......At first I upgraded to M3A32-MVP Deluxe and Phenom BE, dissapointed I sold it to my friend.............
Be nice if they can put out a board like the M3A32-MVP Deluxe that works really really well as that is probably the most feature rich board I've seen recently. I'd really like to see that device that asus made for an intel board brought over to one of they're amd lineups......Forget what it was called but it allows you to change all options in bios on the fly without a Program running on your OS.

I've got no strings to hold me down.
To make me fret, or make me frown.
I had strings but now I'm free.
There are no strings on me
