My X-Fi fits right below my 4850 with ease and I have a GFX Chilla on my 4850. I also have an Ageia Physx card in my bottom PCI slot.
Hmm was always under the impression that they needed to be in a PCI X slot to perform best....I will give it a shot.

Curiosity, does the ageia give you a performance boost and if so over a wide or narrow range of titles?
