Boards were a K9A2 Platinum (cold boot issue), K9ND-Speedster WA6 (missing mem controller heatsink), P7N-SLi Platinum (ran at 90c, I did mess up the NF200 but it was a waste of a chip anyway) and EP45-UD3P (booted twice, after waiting 10 minutes, and never again). I admit the NF750 was my fault. Please, tell me why the others refuse to work? I have boards that I have literally tossed in a box, dug out and they functioned fine. These I purchase, baby to the motherboard tray, install all my screws, use proper TIM and mounting techniques, and they fail immediately. There are quite a few people saying the same about some of the boards.

As for the ASUS boards, I have an A8N-SLi Premium and an A8N32-SLi Premium that never clocked known good chips worth a damn. I had an A8N-SLi before that, it ran good but it blew a PCI-E slot off the board and took my 6600GT with it. Before that, I tried the MSI SLi board, no boot. Before that, I was with Chaintech a good while, was always pleased. Before that, DFI LP and Infinity NFIIs, and before that Shuttle and MSI.

I've used a fair few boards, put together a bunch of systems, and I'm seeing a trend of the new stuff does not work all the time. It's driving me nuts.
