I've spent a lot of time asking question, but I'm in the same boat as you... still haven't got the last part in the mail. From what I can tell it seems to depend on rather or not you got a "hot chip" from Intel. There are people on water who are gettong 90 degrees at 3.8ghz, and there are people here who have reached 4.0ghz on air. I'm definately new to OCing, but I think it is safe to say that there are two factors that effect the OC. Luck. And how good of an OCer you are.
