the high Vdimm is not needed UNLESS you have been using the memory in another set-up and you have been feeding the ram that much voltage for an extended period of time...i initially tried 2.48 but i worked it down to 2.1v.
2.1 to 2.2 should be fine for a new set of ram or ram that has NOT been exposed to high Vdimm on other boards.
EDIT:...notice my notes on the bios image next to Vdimm readout...i said, i worked it down to 2.28 while holding 550 FSB...i even rememberd going down to 2.18 and it worked fine.
