I've tried several skew combination between 25/50 to 50/100.
I have a quad and my GTLs are in the region of -30 to -50, if I try positive values temp increase by 6 degs on each core. Your FSB voltage may also be on the low side for 480. Is 480x9=4320 not pushing it too much ?.
