I leave CPU Tweak enable for two reasons
it helps stablize maximum overclocks
and it gives cores about a 4-5% performance boost but scaling takes a hit
to see what I mean run Cinebench10
with CPU Tweak enabled your overall scores will go up but scaling will go from 3.7+ down to 3.56
I get faster times with CPU tweak enable in SuperPi
