Ok... 11 hours completely stable cpu running prime95 with SmallFFT's! With MemTest for windows also zero errors with these settings:

@truehighroller: For now I'll let it running folding@home and later tonight when I get home let's see if windows crashed or not! If not I'll try to reduce DRAM Voltage to 2.12 and will run prime 95 again, but this time with blend test!
After that, and if all goes well after 2/3 days, I'll try your suggestions
