Personally, I wouldn't bother unless you have it under water to help keep it stable through a bench. @ 470x9 = 4.23Ghz under water my 1.2000VID ran ridiculously hot (75-80degC. @ 1.7125v). It was just barely stable enough to do a full suite of benches. Forget about Prime or IBT.
I see that you've done 4.1 on your IFX-14. How did that go for you?
Sry, I use a Gigabyte X48T. I don't know much about Vtt and PLL. My MCHvoltage was +.3v and FSBvoltage was +.35v.
Adjusting the MCH and CPU skews and manually setting each set to 50ps was the only way to stabilize the overclock at those voltages.
