To put it in short terms - yes it will reduce lifespan, but odds are not by enough to worry about. Like overclocking a CPU can reduce lifespan by a couple years but when the CPU lasts for 10+ years already anyway I hope you aren't still using the same CPU that long down the road. Similar with a graphics card I'm sure. Of course, those with lifetime warranties on their cards should have no issues at all
