Napalm, i do not really want to attack you in any way, but do you ever spend a thought, that you are the one lucky guy, that found the golden Q9650/CPU/Mobo-combo all people ever searching for?
Now here are a lot of people who think they can clock there Q9650 to > 4600MHz easily, just by playing with perfect(high) voltages, low vcore, and with a psu with modded rails, that should have min. 1000W.
I can run 4500MHz 1.42V load all benches, a lot of hours long. If i want to go to 4600MHz i just need to up the vcore to 1.48V load. Any other voltages doesnt't really matter at this point. Every cpu stops working on a other point, thats a fact. 
Do not see this as a attack, it is just based on experience. Imho i think you should realise that too?
