So as I have never heard about this with any PSU reviews or users posting... what PSU's have VR's to adjust the rails, I'm willing to open up my PSU as long as I know what I'm looking for and roughly where it should be....

just checked my main rig and the HX1000 has the 12v rail down at 11.71v (via Everest 4.6)
