    My VTT is 1.35v - would cpu gtl vref be -40mV

    There is a
    CPU GTL vref (0)
    CPU GTL vref (1)
    CPU GTL vref (2)
    CPU GTL vref (3)

    Do they all set the same?? Are you sure it's not + 40mV instead of -40mV
