After you try to power on the board and no light on the diagnostic led, what you do next ?
I cannot power it down by pressing on the power button for few seconds (not with the case button and not with the on board button), I have to turn off the PSU to shut it down.

I'm guessing we have same type of problem but not the exact problem.
