What RCOMP are you using? Try Config 3 500fsb 1/1 DDR-1000. I have two sets of Ram that don't like high memory speeds hit some kind of wall going above 500.

have you tried taking MCH GTLREF out of auto and use 59% for a dual core or 64% for a quad?

also, CPU Clock Configuration is important once you go above 500 FSB for a dual and 450 for a quad.
