800 CAS 4-4-4-9 masx low latency with the Static Read Control ENABLED



all in AUTO in the BIOS only change the DRAM frecuency and static read control...
with the static read control the system using low PL, It is that true?
the problem is that can not pass 800mhz with stattic read control ENABLED, Why?
