Just purchased this board yet its going straight back to the retailer tomorrow, such ae board..woot? yes, a s-h-i-t-e board with a layout which is utterly bonkers. Its seriously fooked up, my mistake of course, should have looked more closely at the INSANE layout of the PCI and PCIE slots, I mean; putting the VGA card BELOW the soundcard? that is a huge problem when you are to use an aftermarket cooler (such as the Thermalright GT) the heat gets trapped and cooks both the VGA card and the soundcard!. Not to offend the "engineers" at Asus but they must have been smoking that herbal stuff whilst designing this board, damnit; oh well; I'll be getting the ABIT IP35 PRO XE board instead, at least them chaps knows how to design a board.
Sorry for the rant but I'm so fooking ticked off right now that.....arrrgggh!!!
