marketing. it performs virtually the same as crysis for me on equal settings. And no crossfire scaling whatsoever.

That's what happens when you use a profile based multi-GPU approach like NV and ATI use now. Try 8.9 but don't expect any scaling till 8.10 or an intermediate hotfix.
