I have an Asus P5Q and i need help to overclock my Q6600 to 3 ghz!

My settings are:

My questions are:

- The AI Clock Twister option, what are the differences beetween, lighter, moderate, stronger, etc... ?

- I can boot at 900 mhz in my memories, but when i try to reach 1000 mhz i can't, i even put 2.2v in my memories but nothing... Is any setting bad in my config or is the ram that is not very good... Is strange because for 900 mhz i only put 1.9v.

- What are the PULL-INS and what are the differences when is enable or disabled.

- Options like Intel Virtualization Tech, Execute Disable Bit, and the others... why are always disabled for overclock ?

- Why in DRAM Frequency don't appear frequency's like 800,900,1000, and appears 7xx, 88x, 1002, etc ?? ( I know that varies depending of the FSB, but why i can't put 900 ? ). :S

And the last question

- Load Line Calibration must be enable or disable ? What are the differences ?

Thanks... I know this a lot of questions, but i want to put this only in 3ghz, and iam a bit noob on this, so if anyone help me, i will be grateful.
