I can't scale the temperature of the ram because I don't have any possibility to get the temperatures.

Well...i can hardly Overclock the 9500, but it's fast enough for multi-tasking, going to plug in the 9950 tomorrow. the 9500 will go to another HTPC rig for server and HDTV.
