You can set the multiplier in the AI Tweaker settings, but then you can also set it somewhere else - it's in the next section to the right in BIOS. Make sure that's not set on Auto... it's the same place where you can disable/enable Virtualization, C1E, etc etc etc.

    Here are my settings:

    FSB : 425 x 8
    PCIE: 100
    DRAM : 1278 // 5-5-5-15 (trfc:40) @2.1v
    DRAM STATiC READ.. : DISABLED
    VCORE: 1.36875(VID=1,3125)
    CPU PLL : 1.58
    FSB TERM. : 1.46
    DRAM: 2.1
    NB: 1.34
    SB: 1.10
    PCIE SATA: 1.50
    LLC: ENABLED
    SPREAD CPU/PCI SPECTRUM : DISABLED
    C1E: DISABLED
    MAX CPUID LIMIT: DISABLED
    INTEL VIRT. : DISABLED
    CPU TM : ENABLED
    EXECUTE DISABLE BIT: ENABLED
    MEMORY REMAP: ENABLED
    MEMORY HOLE : DISABLED

I tried prime95(large FFTs) for about 2 hours and it was stable until 125 minutes ; it gave error on core0 .
Would you give me an advice about my settings?
    Thank you.
Try playing with the GLT references for cores 1/3 and 0/2... Sometimes one of the four cores will be weaker than the others and require more voltage.
