No, but I frequently work in Photoshop CS3 with huge PSDs though. It has a 3.5GB cap on the memory since its a 32-bit app. Unless you are running multiple instances of it, you only need 4GB. The 64-bit CS4 edition won't be out for awhile.

And DVD crunching will be done on the CPU, not the CrossFire setup you have. The dual HD4870X2 are a waste of $1K.
