It's been like this in all BIOSes I tested, but it doesn't make much difference, 266 and 333 straps are better anyhow and fully stable.
That's interesting, I think I noticed the same on my Q6600 and P5Q-e. BTW what's the highest fsb you can get on your chip? I seem to be able to only get 380x9 (G0 stepping, 1.300V VID). I tried lower multipliers but can't seem to go above 380 fsb.
